As part of its new engagement strategy with Web 3.0, TD Bank collaborated with Mesmerise and global management company Capco to launch a Virtual Reality Co-op and Intern Pilot Program.

More than 100 interns were given the chance to opt in to the program. With Mesmerise’s help, they received VR headsets, created their own avatars, and participated in programming from networking sessions and live panel discussions to innovation challenges and lunch-and-learn presentations. The pilot aimed to create a more immersive and collaborative experience for new TD colleagues—and to discover the full breadth of the technology’s potential.
